$9.99/mo for a managed router, or $19.99/mo for a whole home mesh system. Free on every fiber and new generation wireless plan at the $75 service level or higher.
If the router dies, we replace it. At no cost to you.
An animal chewed the wire. Covered. No service call charge.
The antenna got knocked over. Covered, whether it was an animal or a vehicle.
Getting a new roof. We move the antenna. Covered.
New device will not connect. Call ext. 2 and we will get it on the Wi-Fi.
